Words on Twin Flames

Feeling called to share this with you today as I feel inspired by LOVE!  Maybe it is the energy of this watery Cancer New Moon or the fact that it is my beloved's birthday (or that I have eaten raw chocolate and feel inspired to write my butt off) but I really want to talk to you about twin flames.  

I'm going to say something a little controversial and tell you that I DO believe it is important to find your twin flame in this life...

And maybe... even if it doesn't feel like it YOU ALREADY HAVE!  However they may not have shown up as you thought they would - riding in on their magic steed, with rippling muscles, rushing in to save the day and love you hard.  It could have been more like meeting your mirror who ignites a fiery soul activation with in you.  Maybe you were too busy to notice, or too wrapped up in your own world and not open when they came by... And I will explain why… 

But back to me for a moment… 

When I was writing a happy birthday post about my beloved husband Joe on facebook this morning I became overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude that we are walking through this life together in full service and receptivity to the messages of our Guides. 

I often think about how we met and the sequence of events that brought us to be in Ibiza in September 2012.  I had been working in TV in Australia but things didn’t go my way in a restructure and I felt the call to leave the safety of the corporate world although it really did not make any financial sense at the time.  Joe was in the process of completing a relationship and closing a business and had never wanted to go to Ibiza but suddenly felt a strong call through a series of messages and synchronicities and I’m so glad he was open to listening.  

We met at DC10 Ibiza (a club) at a closing party and bonded over a love of adventures and thumb wars in full character.  Joe was "Cobra" (yes this is where the FB name comes from) and me "Starchild".  Our relationship seemed non-negotiable and like it had to be, even if it didn't make so much logistical sense with me being from Australia and him from Wales/France where he had been living for the previous 8 years. The knowing was there that whatever came next we had to do it together. And when he held my hand on a roof top and told me this about 5 days after our meeting (in this lifetime anyway) it affirmed my feelings - and yes I was in the process of falling in love - and the cosmos seemed to agree sending a huge shooting star/meteorite across the sky in an explosion that said...

"ARE YOU GETTING THIS MESSAGE POPLE????"

And we listened... and have been in full receptivity ever since.

But I have to say the attraction wasn’t instant, not in a OMG - I have met my twin flame and the earth moved kind of way.  However I did somehow go to that club alone that night (well with two Dutch airbnb guests I had just met) on a last minute whim, and I did walk across a crowded club to talk to him (specifically to ask him if he had any VIP writs bands he looked like he was in the know and I had been too late to get on the guest list).  Although I would have to say our meeting felt largely sub (or even un) conscious, perhaps because we were both under the influence.  Luckily our Higher Selves were on pointe and brought us together because in our party fuelled minds we may not have been tuned in enough to work it out. 

In fact, I’m not even sure how we ended up hooking up.  It happened somewhere at our spontaneous after party (at my house) after the thumb wars and I was sitting on his lap mainly due to lack of chairs and suddenly there was kissing… and it escalated fast but I genuinely don’t remember thinking that it was ever my intention.  Again, I thank my team for being smarter than my old party girl self in that moment. 

But back to twin flames… and finding the one (or many as the case may be)! 

There are many people would would say that it is the most important to love yourself and find grounding and stability in your own field rather than needing anyone else to make you whole.  Although I do agree that it is important to honour and sort out one’s self first (please know that, contrary to popular belief, this is in no way SELFISH) but I also feel finding that someone who anchors and compliments you is so powerful.  

This is what happened with Joe and I. 

I feel as if I was waiting for him for my whole life.  Patiently waiting for both of us to get through all the life learning to be ready to start our earth walk together.  I actually feel as if I was ready earlier than he was, so when we finally connected I couldn’t help but have the feeling of “OK great - you are finally here … now we can get to work!”.  

Ever since our meeting both of us have independently blossomed.  Me in my womens work and facilitation and Joe in his journey as an international renowned artist.  It was like the other person brought the missing energetic ingredients for our combined activation.  We both water each others trees and now we are bearing a bounty of fruit. 

As a sister who has walked alone for a very long time this has been such a relief, particularly for my feminine side.  To finally feel supported by the awakened masculine enough to come back into balance.  I really feel a synchronicity here too as Joe and I met in September 2012, right before the shift where we moved as a planet into the Age of Aquarius and Rise of the Goddess.  This is a very important phase of the rebalancing of the masculine and feminine within and without.      

Although much of this happens in the unseen realms as Joe and I don’t really work together in the physical (for now) we are often told that we visit people in dreams and ceremonies uniting our energies for their healing and the healing of the planet.  This is the potency of Twin Flame work and for us, it is beyond our control.  We have been/are doing this work together for lifetimes in the multiverse and it is why we are both here at this potent time on Earth.. and likely why we need to birth our baby this September close to the Equinox.

Our Twin flame is said to be our soul mirror and it is for this reason that twin flame connections may not always be harmonious as they can reflect the deepest needs, desires, dreams and shadow elements of our soul.  These meetings can be wild and powerfully transformative.  A series of fiery initiations to help us grow and up level.  And maybe these connections are fleeting and do not last forever… consider this point too!  There are some who believe that we only have one twin flame in each lifetime and when I tune in this does not feel true for me.  I feel that we dance with groups of souls on deep multidimensional levels and that these beings may not always be your lover either.  They could appear as a friend, sister, brother, mother, father so don’t get attached to your twin flame being the one you marry as it may not be the case at all. 

Let's take a moment to tune into your own life and who you are dancing with.  Maybe you are in a relationship with a lover or maybe you can feel this connection with someone else in your field.  Maybe it is your Mother or Father (I have to say my Mum and I have this Twin Flame connection too).  Feel into who balances you, who you feel a deep soul family connection to, who ignites and activates your gifts.  Who did you meet and feel - WOW - I feel as if I have known you forever?  Or even more simply who feels important as a puzzle piece in the rich tapestry of life experience? 

Maybe it is a magnetism that you cannot shake.  Or perhaps you can cast you mind back now with this knowing and recognise all of the beings you have called in over the years who were actually twin flames.  I have no doubt that we are journeying with these beings in this very moment (time being non-linear and all) in other lives and this is where some of the deja vu deep connection feelings come from. 

Who allows you to bear your authentic self in all it's explosive, wild and beautiful glory? Who makes you feel expansive rather than in contraction?  Who is the yin to your yang or vice versa?

Feel into this and see what comes up for you.  If you are getting feeling from someone in your field ask your team for guidance on what it is you need to do together... what it is you need to teach each other.

This being is one that you will feel called to step more deeply into your higher purpose and this may feel confronting and scary.  But you know in your heart that you have to power to do it together.

I'm so happy that Joe and I followed our hearts as they continue to guide us across the globe doing "the work" we are here to do together. What happens next in our lives is a great mystery other than welcoming a baby in September.  But as we walk side by side in full support and balance I have no doubt it will be amplified, potent and off the charts AMAZING!

Female Rites of Passage

As I sit here in my Bondi home tuning into the huge initiation I have coming up in about 10 weeks I am feeling so deeply called to share about the importance of rites of passage. 

As women we move through so many different cycles and energies in our lives, each complete with its own initiation and rite of passage.  However as our lives have become faster and more disconnected from the earth some of us have lost the thread of remembrance of these celebrations of transition.  What was once woven into the fabric of society has become forgotten wisdom... and I really feel called to help bring it back for my brothers and sisters and for our children... the keepers of the New Earth.

Maiden

As women, when we are born we are in our maiden energy (from birth to child birth).  We are young and experimental with the world, we have our innocence and our wildness and want to learn all there is the learn, embracing the Spring season of life.  In this time we have two initiations: the first is Birth - sometimes thought of as out most powerful initiation in this physical realm signifying the beginning of our life in our chosen physical vessel. The second is Menarche - when we bleed for the first time (our first moon) and transition from girl to woman, awakening our sexuality and fertility.

Mother

And then comes the initiation I am in and rapidly approaching... and when I say initiation I do not mean in an ordeal / trial by fire kind of way but in a being welcomed into the next level of life and into the tribe of mamas across the galaxy sense.  The next transition is from Maiden to Mother and the Summer phase of life. 

As you can imagine I have been pondering this a lot in these months of my swelling belly.  From the discovery of being pregnant and acknowledging that, despite my deep joy at creating new life, I was also faced with the impending death of part of myself.  A self that I have loved (mostly deeply) for 36 years.  Surrendering my beloved strong body and feeling the pains of separating abdominals, pubic symphysis and spreading thighs to make way for the life of another and letting go of some dreams and plans - perhaps forever or maybe just for a while - to follow the wind and allow myself to be steered on a new and exciting course.  Tears have rolled as I've said goodbye to work projects and acknowledged that life is changing.  For the better - of course - but I have to be honest and admit I have found it sad to farewell my beloved Maiden.  Even my own Mama just mentioned to me that she had to get used to the pregnant version of me as she missed the old one a bit...  and I have to agree...       

Each time we birth a baby we go through this transition and deeper initiation, attuning to the mother energy, the energy of the Goddess, of Gaia and Source.  This is perhaps the reason I have become so deeply connected to the earth in my work in the past few years as I was readying myself for taking this new step.  I have to say it is a beautiful process, although heart wrenching at times but 100% worth it. 

MAGA

As we move out of our child bearing years we move into Maga and the end of our fertility... the Autumn of a woman's life.  After many years of deep family focus her attention turns to the community and how she serves in the world.  I have to say I have very much enjoyed watching my own Mother's blossoming in this way as a world traveller, humanitarian and living crystal in service to anchoring the light.  She was solely focussed on me for so many years (and I have to say I am still deeply grateful for her unwavering support) and no I share her with many other "children" across the globe.  

CRONE

And as we grow weary we enter our Crone energy, retiring from the world into rest and stepping out of the busy-ness of life.     

HONOURING IN SACRED CEREMONY 

And how are these transitions celebrated you might ask?  If you look at our current society you might notice that they often go by unnoticed other than by the women having the direct experience.  And for me this feels sad and once again demonstrates our disconnection from our essence.... hence my feeling to write this to you to remind you of the importance of aligning with these natural rhythms of your life. 

FIRST MOON RITE OF PASSAGE

In many cultures a girl's first moon (or menarche) is celebrated with a ceremony that lasts for days to help ground a sister in what it means to become a woman. Educating in the magical mysteries of moon blood and holding her in the love and support of her tribe and expelling and fear or shame around sexuality or her potency as a priestess.    

When I think back to my first moon is was at a dance rehearsal and I felt shame and anxiety, deeply concerned that I had blood on my leotard.  The conditioning of our society (as you well know) had taught us to feel that our moon is a hassle and dirty and certainly not a process to be celebrated.  Girls are not taught to offer their moon blood back to the earth, to rest in this sacred time or to tune into our deeper connection with spirit.  It is for this reason I feel called to offer First Moon Rites of Passage for the younger sisters in my community.  Please let me know if this is of interest to you or for your daughters.    

BLESSINGWAY

This has become a more common occurrence in our society and is such a beautiful ceremony of honouring of a mother as she prepares to birth her baby into the world. I am lucky enough to be experiencing not one but 3 blessingways in my pregnancy - 1 in Bali (at 28 weeks) that has already been where I was showered with blessings and messages of strength and wisdom, massaged and bathed in flower petals and bound with sacred string to be cut when the baby is earthside. Each goddess gifted with a candle to light when I am labouring to show her love and support.  The next is in Byron Bay (at 32 weeks) and the grand finale in Sydney right before birth.  Some might say I am greedy but I say I am happy to call in all the honouring I can!  Never before have I felt more in my Queen energy and so open to receiving the love and great wisdom of the collective sisterhood.

I feel so lucky to be surrounded by a community that supports empowered natural birth, truly believing in the power of the body to bring babies into the world as we have been doing for centuries.  Expelling the fear and reminding me of my strength and ability to move through the most natural yet mind blowing-ly incredible experience on the planet.  I have to say I have found myself so entranced by the magic going on in my body that makes me feel like I am the most powerful woman on earth... and then I remember that 100s & 1000s of women are going through this process with me right now... it's wild how something so incredible is actually so everyday!           

I truly wish that all women can feel as loved, honoured and supported as I do right now.  To trust in the power of their own bodies and to open themselves to receive the love and support they deserve. It is for this reason that I am offering Blessingways to new mamas, to help build the strong energetic container to help carry them through this incredible initiation. Menopause  

Menopause is a transition I am yet to fully tune into as it feels far from where I am right now but one that need not go without it's own ceremonial recognition.  I remember my Mum's face when a shamanic iridologist (I think you could call him that) told her that her pituitary was closing and that "the change" was upon her.  The discomfort at the thought of going through the physical symptoms that out over medicalised society wants to cover up with hormones and pills.  I feel that there is some emotional processing of letting go of our capabilities as a woman - our ability to bear children an this is something that space must be held for to remind women that they are valued and highly valuable even though their life at this time might be consumed with dealing with teenage children and other responsibilities. 

Crone    

And finally the phase of stepping into the slower years of the Crone.  I always find it refreshing to visit cultures where the grandmothers are so revered as the wisdom keepers of the household and honoured and loved so deeply.  Children gather at their feet to be told the stories and ancient myths, keeping the wisdom following as it is designed to.  Although things may look a little different in our world when we are so busy and caught up in our own lives that the temptation to pop Gran in a nursing home and let her do her thing seems like the only way.

I'm sure I will be writing more about these rites of passage in coming weeks... with even more suggestions of ceremonies you can create yourself to honour these changes and natural seasons.  Imagine turning up to our Grandmother's house and bowing before her in deep reverence, acknowledging her great wisdom.  Can you image how that would make her feel?

Which star system are you from?

This came to me in meditation this morning that I needed to share this with you today... 

Have you ever wondered which star system / soul family you are from?

I used to get very attached to trying to work it out way back when in 2011/12 when I was diving into this "off planet" work.  I found I had communication with so many star families and had experiences on being on the ship of the Andromedans, big downloads from the Sirians and a close affiliation with Pleiades and the Elohim.  But I seemed dead set on working out who my "family" was, somewhat attached to needing to know my star lineage. 

After much asking and tuning in (and a little help from my channel of a Mama Sandy) I came to realise that, as a multidimensional being existing in many space time realities at once I am in fact from many of these systems (and even more that our conscious minds do not know about yet).  

You see... when we are talking star families, archangels, ascended masters etc, although we need to give them names and identities to help us make sense of them in our 3 - 5D reality they are in fact collections of energies that appear in these forms to help us process the information more easily.

I am writing this today to say please be open to the fact that you are from far more star systems and soul groups than you think.  You have lived / are living many lives - some of us up to 15,000 (potentially in this very minute if you acknowledge that time is not linear).  WOAH *** cue brain explosion ***  

If you want to know where you are from and who you are working with (who your guides are) this is what I suggest:

• Just ask when you are in meditation / quiet contemplation and you will open the channels for them to appear.
• Allow yourself to go on wild adventures that might seem like your imagination.  Maybe sometimes it is but holy heck - either way - it is really fun! And as you get clearer in you channels your knowing will strengthen and your ability to differentiate will become easier.  This is VERY supported by the energy at this time.
• Explore star systems and contact with known energetic beings.  As for them to come in and communicate with you and work with you and see how it feels.  Some will come easily and others less so... some will resonate and others maybe not.  If you field is not feeling so amplified and strong ensure you call in those who love you unconditionally and are working with you for your highest good and the highest good of the planet.  Please ask if you need more protection techniques.    
• Be open and trust in your deep dive into the mystery.  There is a whole new and infinite world out there for us to explore!

Message from Guides/Universe on 6 September 2012

“Can you tell me where I am originated from? And where Sarah-Jane is from? Is this origin significant to our dharma, our path, our life purpose, our destiny?”

Dear One

This is a most engaging subject for your question today, and we welcome whole-heartedly your interest in life beyond your wonderful planet of Earth.

We would like to preface our reply with some background to the subject. The Universe, no, the Multiverse is, for you to behold, something of an abstraction. Therefore, what we can say to you that will resonate with your current knowledge is not what we would say to someone who has experience of the multitude of layers within existence, within the Family of One.

Your provenance, along with that of your daughter (for as you have suspected it is very similar if not identical in most ways to yours) is from a group of star families that have lived at various times on many different star systems, or even between star systems. It may seem as if we are reluctant to give you names, names such as you know like Pleiades, Arcturus, Venus, but really not one name would be enough to describe your birthplace or your place of ‘coming into an existence’ which allowed for your soul-birth on Earth.

You both encompass so many qualities from so many different star systems, different realms of the Multiverse, that we cannot accurately, within your current capacity for understanding, describe the true origins for you. Suffice to say that you are displaying all of those qualities, and more!

Both of you are adapting, are encompassing, are enjoying all that is within you and surrounding you. You both have put few boundaries on your abilities to expand, to explore, to adventure, to come to a place of peace and love.

Times are soon to come when you will be face to face with Beings who will enlighten you further if you still carry these same questions. Be prepared, however, for a whole new way of thinking to slowly overlay your current state of mind, for what you are curious about now will seem so unimportant in your near future.

You already suspect this, we already know this.

You can relax in a sea of love, of Oneness with Spirit, with All That Is.
